Recoil Pull Starter with Screws

Replace the electric EZ-Start® system on your TRX® 2.5 or 3.3 engines with the recoil pull starter for racing applications where weight savings are critical. It includes a heavy-duty spring and cord for long-lasting trouble-free operation. Installation requires the starter backplate 5274 and starter shaft 5277 (EZ-Start® equipped motors already have these parts installed). If the engine was not originally equipped with a starter, a different crankshaft is also required. Use part 5219 (IPS) or 5221 (multi-shaft) crankshaft.
